The romantic relationships tend to get a lot of the attention during the February month, thanks in large part to Valentine’s Day, but I do not think the celebration should be limited to just your significant other. Let’s switch it up and do things differently with a Galentine’s Day celebration! I recently got asked on Instagram what Galentine’s Day is all about. Galentines Day is on February 13th and its to celebrate the friendships in your life, specifically the girlfriends in your life!
I love my girlfriends and often times they are my support system when I was going through large changes in my life. They are often the ones to push me into new adventures, connections, and activities. This Galentine’s Day I wanted to focus on the healthy activities you can do with your squad. While of course looking good in your latest activewear. I am wearing this cute pink sweatshirt from adidas and high waist black leggings.
What better way to spend the day than with your best girlfriends and try some of these fun healthy and activities:
- Take a Workout Class Together
- Get Outside (Hike, Walk, Skiing)
- Dance It Out (pump the latest Ariana Grande hit!)
- Play a Game (Health sports competition)
- Explore the unknown (try something new!)
