I am so excited to share this dress because a fellow blogger designed it! This blue maxi dress aptly name, Courtney, is from the Gal Meets Glam collection by Julia Engel. I know Julia from when she lived in San Francisco and she is literally the sweetest person ever. I was so happy to see that she came out with her own dress collection. The dresses in this collection were so romantic and dreamy I ended up getting two! I got the blue Courtney maxi dress and this polka dot off-the-shoulder Colleen dress in pink.
