There is just something about white shorts and stripes that scream summer to me. It really has felt like summer this past week in Seattle. The weather has been beautiful. Its been 70-80 degrees almost every day these past 2 weeks. We spent this weekend living our best Lake Life. It was Seafair weekend in Seattle. Seafair in Seattle is when the Blue Angels perform over Lake Washington. We always take the boat out to enjoy the show! Imagine a big party on the lake, with lots of boats, music, squirt guns, water balloon fights, yummy food and the Blue Angels screaming overhead – that is Seafair to me.

APARTMENT UPDATE:
I recently shared that I found a new apartment in Seattle. I am still in the process of unpacking and figuring out the use of each room. My main living room and my office coming together quite nicely. I will do a blog post soon on my home decor and the new decor pieces I have ordered from Wayfair. I am focused on my office area because that is where I am spending the most of my time when I am at home. I am currently rug shopping for my office area. I need a cute rug to go under my desk. I am looking at West Elm, Lulu and Georgia, and Anthropologie. Do you have any rug suggestions?
