It’s officially a NEW Month! So much has already happened in 2020 and we are only one month in! Here is a Monday Work look I published last year at this time!
With the start of February, I am working on a 2020 trend report for the year – so you know what key styles to invest in for the year.
Check out my 2019 trends report and let me know if you see any of these styles falling away in 2020?
I wanted to highlight a few key dates in this month that you should mark your calendars for:
- Black History Month
Super Bowl Sunday (February 2nd)
- Valentine’s Day (February 14th)
- President’s Day (February 17th / typically a 3-day weekend)
- Ash Wednesday (February 26th)

I am also recapping some of the most Newsworthy Moments that have happened over the last week! The world has been through a lot in the first 31 days of 2020:
The WHO declares the coronavirus a global public health emergency.
Travel is being limited to China with United, Delta, and American Airlines suspending flights to China for a month or more.
The Supreme Court has passed the Trump administration wealth tax for immigrants on a 4-5 ruling.
Trump administrations have extended the Muslim Ban to include Nigeria and 5+ other countries in addition to the ones previously banned.
After being in the EU for almost 50 years, England has officially withdrawn from the European Union – Brexit is official!
The Academy Awards for 2020 are coming up this Sunday, February 9th! I mainly watch for the fashion.
Happy Monday Ladies!
