I was so sad to hear of Kate Spade passing in the news yesterday. Kate Spade has always been an iconic American brand to me. Kate Spade and her brand had a huge impact on me as I started blogging and evolving my personal style. This was a brand I transition from adolescent to adult with – it was always there with timeless pieces. She was not just a creator but an amazing female founder that created a thriving fashion brand with a positive message for women! Kate Spade was one of the first invites to NYFW I ever received and one of the first brands to work with me when I first started blogging back in 2011! My very first designer purchase was my Kate Spade black quilted purse – which I wear allllllllllll the time: here, here, here and here are just a few examples.
